KCC scholarships can help you achieve your educational goals! Complete just one application to be considered for all eligible KCC Foundation Scholarships.
- Who Can Apply: Anyone who wants to attend Kankakee Community College is welcome to apply - no matter how long it's been since you were last in school. Applying for FAFSA is highly encouraged, but not required, so you can still apply if you haven't completed one. Current high school students are also eligible.
- Foundation Scholarships can only be used at KCC and can help cover a variety of student expenses, including books, tuition, and fees.
- Scholarships are awarded based on factors such as academic standing, program of study, financial need, leadership, and special talents.
Important Dates:
- Scholarship applications are due May 1, 2026.
- Recipients will be notified June 1, 2026 via the email address used on the application.
- Students do not need to be enrolled at the time of application, but must be enrolled at KCC by the start of the fall 2026 semester to use the award.
